ASTON INTERNATIONAL INTRODUCES SEVEN NEW RESORTS IN BALI AND THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL FOUR STAR RESORT IN AMBON

During this year’s ITB Asia, which was held October 20 to 24 in Singapore, Aston International introduced seven new hotels and resorts in Bali as well as the first international 4 star Resort on the East Indonesian Island of Ambon.

The seven new Bali properties - of which three are already in the soft opening stage and four due to open between October 2009 and June 2010, will add more than 700 rooms and villas to Aston’s existing 6 Bali properties making Aston International the largest hotel group in Bali. The new properties will cover a wide array of standards and budgets and range from top end luxury villas in Nusa Dua under the “Royal Kamuela” brand to a newly conceptualized and trendy 2 star hotel in Bali’s capital city of Denpasar.

The new hotels and villas already operating are the 45 room “100 Sunset Boutique Hotel by Aston” which opened in May this year, the 206 room 4 star “Aston Kuta Hotel and Residence” which opened in September and the 267 room 4 star “Bali Kuta Resort by Aston” which opened in October.

New hotels due to open on time for next year’s summer season are the 96 room “Aston at Grand Kuta, the 38 private pool villa “Royal Kamuela Nusa Dua”, the 12 villa “Royal Kamuela at Monkey Forest” in Ubud and the 105 room 2 star “favehotel Denpasar”.

In addition, Aston who already operates one of the islands largest Convention Hotels - The Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, plans to develop a free standing Convention Center with a capacity for 2500 delegates adjacent to the recently opened Bali Kuta Resort by Aston and envisions to become Bali’s leading provider for the MICE market.

Besides Aston’s undiminished confidence in Bali the company also aims to develop tourism on the tropical island paradise of Ambon, 1500 km East of Bali and opened the 96 room 4 star “Aston Natsepa Ambon Resort and Conference Center” in August this year. Jakarta, Indonesia, 22 June 2009 – Aston International announced that the company will open three new luxury villa resorts in Bali effectually doubling its existing portfolio to 6 villa resorts with a total of 103 villas making Aston the largest villa operator in Bali.



The three new villa resorts will be the “Aston Wolas Villas Seminyak”, the “Royal Kamuela Villas Nusa Dua”“Aston Wanara Villas Ubud” on Monkey Forest Road. and the

WITH THE OPENING OF 3 NEW HOTELS THIS SUMMER




Jakarta - Indonesia, 20 June 2009 - Aston International, will simultaneously open 3 (three) new hotels in Kalimantan this summer.



The first hotel due to open in July is the 4 star “Aston Balikpapan Hotel & Residence”. Developed by PT. Helindo Bangunraya Sejahtera, this 155 room ocean front hotel has been conceptualized to serve business travelers as well as the Oil and Gas industries need for serviced long stay facilities and offer a variety of room options ranging from 1 bedroom studios to 4 bedroom penthouse apartments and facilities such as a Coffee Shop, lounge, meeting rooms, spa, seaside promenade, BBQ area, jogging track, and infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the Java Sea.



Shortly thereafter Aston will add two hotels to its contemporary 3 star “Aston City Hotel” brand. The first will be the “Aston Samarinda City Hotel”. Developed by PT. Samarinda Central Plaza, this 99 room property will be the tallest structure in the city and feature Samarinda’s largest ballroom and only indoor swimming pool. Additional facilities will include a coffee shop, several midsized meeting rooms and a full service spa. The property will also have direct access to the Central Plaza Mall.



The second new Aston City Hotel will be the “Aston Tanjung City Hotel”. Developed by PT. Chandra Batuah Alam Lestari, this 81 room properties will feature a variety of Deluxe, Standard, Superior and Suite rooms. Facilities will include a coffee shop, lounge, 500 m2 large ballroom, break out function rooms and a state of the art gym.

Hotel pertama yang akan dibuka di bulan Juli ini adalah hotel bintang 4 “Aston Balikpapan Hotel & Residence”. Dibangun oleh PT.
