Very poor value for money

This is a very poor hotel. Tiny room that has similarities to some hospitals I've seen. Slowest and smallest lifts for such a large hotel means that getting from your floor to anywhere takes ages. Breakfast was a bad experience (cramped) with inferior food

I like the Bed

No longbath, no toothpaste, no hair dryer, refrigerator not wroking, no laundry bag

It's not worth the money I paid. for the hotel is just like a 3 star hotel. For this kind of rate, I expect better facilties. My first time encounter staying in a 4 star hotel with no toothpaste, no hairdryer, no laundry bag. Even 3 star hotels also provide all these standard items. I didn;t realise that the refrigerator was not working. I bought one box of ice-cream and left it in the refrigerator, but the next morning when i took out it all melted. The refrigerator is like a heater not a cooler. Even after they replaced another one, it's the same old thing. It's high time to replace new one, this kind of old referigeator cannot be used anymore. Overall the staff are nice.

Location in the heart of Bandung City where near to Shoping Center of Pasar Baru, Clean Room and Helpfull and friendly Staff.

Crowded Environment, limited car park, low taste breakfast, small pool.

For a shoping people this hotel's location will be very appropriate due to their position in the center of Bandung. All the staff are very friendly and helpfull however they didn't good maintain their electrical system since I had to wasting 1 hour for wait the elevator back to the normal due to incident of electrical supply. The price was quite worthed compared to all we got.

Shopping Tip : Please find the Pasar Baru which the center of textile or garment product in Bandung with very negotiable price.

Need Bigger Sign, Small Parking Area

We came from Jakarta around two o'clock, and directly went to hotel. The receptionist is helpful, I show the hotel voucher for Two Rooms and she directly prepare the room key and breakfast coupon. The room is clean and comfort, 1 big room with double bed and 1 small room with single bed. There is kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator & microwave so you can heat or make indomie by yourself. The Air condition is cool, the shower is ok, and you get 100 television chanel.

Restaurant Tip : You can try Mie Kocok with Kikil, it's delicious...

Shower was not working in one of the bathroom.

This hotel is better than i expected. I went with my mother, a sister and 2 bothers and we thought that the hotel 3 bedroom apartment was really good.Upon checking in in the evening , they have prepared the keys in advanced and we didnt have to to get our keys. Great arrangement by Agoda! Rooms are spacious, very clean (they take effort of cleaning the linens every day even without people staying). The breakfast buffet was excellent. Too bad we dint have more nights to stay in the hotel. We are sure to go again !

the service takes too long

first time i came to the hotel.. when we were really tired.. after a long road and a traffic.. the hotel looks quite cool.. and very comfort.. its clean.. the cafeteria for morning breakfast is good. i think with this quite cheap rate.. compare it what i got.. it all worth enough.. i think i will looking for agoda again.. for my next vacation to thailand

Location is good. They have direct lift to Braga city walk. Easy to fine restaurant & cafe. Rooms are clean. We can use the kitchen & microwave.

Swimming pool is small. There is no more carefour in Braga city walk.

I stayed there for 1 night with my family and we took the 2 rooms apartment. General is fine. It was my b'day on that day I was staying there and they give me a surprised b'day cake & a wishing b'day card in my room. Thank you very much Aston....!! We would stay again when come to Bandung.

There is a shopping mall just below the hotel. The rooms in the condotel nice & cosy.

Bfast not that nice despite the wide spread. Too salty for the cooked dish. The seating arrangement in the coffee shop is rather cramp. It should be evenly spaced out.

Overall, i have a pleasant stay in here love the condotel. Nicely decorated.

Shopping Tip : There are lots of factory outlet in Bandung. Cheap & nice clothing. Do check it out!

Indonesia Other Date of Stay: Mar 21, 2010 the room was very clean,the size just right for two person. breakfast it's very nice, you can have indonesian traditional food, japanese and international, it's not too much variation, but it's good! i'll definitely come back again. i'm al little worried with hotel security because we dont need our room key/card to access our room from the lift.so everyone can easly go to the pivate/guest area. and its quite noisy at night because of water pipe. this hotel have a good location, reachable, not too far from bandung's point centre, and pecially if you interested with heritage building.dont worry about the room, it's clean with the right size.And breakfast it's great you can have indonesian, japanese, international, or even "jamu gendong" (indonesian traditional drink) you dont have to wait long for check-in (i always have trouble with this). btw this is not the first time my visit to this hotel, before i was in apartment type (with 3 rooms) it's also quite satisfied, despite the breakfast. Nice clean furnishings, quiet, good size apartment and rooms

Shampoos and soaps not replenished on second day, didn't like the way reception has to punch in the passwords for us for internet access, language problems

Overall just an ok hotel. Gives the impression of a being a bit stingy/tight on the money. Bathroom supplies should be replaced everyday because clients pay same rate everyday. Didn't like the location. "In the middle of town" yet nothing interesting is within walking distance. The mall is not a mall but a collection of a few small shops. Definitely not worth browsing in.

Travel tip : The concentration of galleries all along the road outside the mall/hotel. Should be interesting for atr lovers..

Friendly staff, nice location attached to a Mall

Beiong in the centre of the place the entrance to the hotel is very deep inside.

We had done online booking and I didnot realise that I had entered the next month for booking. But the staff was very friendly and they accomodated us by giving us the room as per the Agoda rate on our arrival. The hotel is intranally connected to a good shopping mall so we could walk down to shop in the mall at any point of time. The rooms were well mentained & since we had taken Deluxe room it was very good in size. The car entrance was from the main market and is a bit far from the entrance gate.

Its at the center of the city which make it convinient for businessmen and also with tourist due to it close proximity to the business area and factory outlets.

It is traffic congested and food should be improved. They are serving buffet for breakfast, the food all taste the same on the main course though a lot of variety. Bland taste!

Its has an ideal location which as I said is close proximity to everywhere. They have a single bedroom or two bedroom unit which is ideal for families too. Its designed for long staying guest and practical if you are on a budget and you could still get privacy in a 2 bedroom unit.

Nightlife Tip : This part of the city is close proximity to all the clubs and restaurants. Bandung is popular for good food,shopping and music.

Staff friendliness, politeness of taking instruction and ever ready to assist when needed is a very attraction to me & family while staying there.

The hypermarket "Carrefour" has gone... closed shop I guess... but still there's a lot of c-store within the area.

This is my second visit to Aston Braga and the service is again meet my expectation. It will always be a pleasure for me to stay here in view of its location which is near to Pasar Baru also near to a sumptuos restaurant of Sundanese or Padang. I love the people hired by the hotel so far, as there always treat me & family as something very precious that need to be taken care of. Surely, I'll be back... soon!

the hotel was nice, close to everywhere, eventhough the mall nextdoor seems to be dead. everything was OK, until i found out that the beds only fit 3 person instead of 4. The location of the hotel is suitable, which within the CityWalk of Braga,Bandung.Night life really happening with busy expat and tourist around but the shopping complex is dull and quiet. No shops except for cinema. The hotel should have some basic cooking utensils especially for childrens needy like to boil clean hot water. In the center of the city, near the train station and places of interest.

the room was smelly, and also the hallway.

We checked in at 12pm, the room was not ready, but maybe this is because we didn't know that check-in time is at 2pm. But room make over was quite fast. We were already in our room at 1 pm. We booked the family suite, consist of 2 big rooms, and 1 small room. It has 3 tv, in the big room, one in the living room. Over all, the room was quite fine, although i asked room service boy to spray perfume, because it was a bit smelly.

Overall i'm satisfied with the service.i feel secured and safe staying in this hotel. i like the staff. all are friendly and full of smile. they are helpfull and polite. the location is convenient, adjecent to carrefour and there is a cinema too. The aircon was not strong enough at night that and the problem was also faced by my friend in the other room.

The environment was clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

They have to improve the cookings. Sausages and bread were not fresh. My sister even vommited after her first bite of her French toast !! No spa facilities, the massage will be perform in guest's room, Location is not convenient, have to spend a lot on taxi transportation.

The Braga City Walk is not as good as it mentioned, because only 30% -40% shops are opened, quality of goods is bad, and shops close as early as 9pm. Overall we enjoyed our Bandung trip( our company trip ), go back again? Of course to shoppings and spa!!

Shopping Tip : Must visit Pasar Kings. This shopping mall is basically for the locals, the price is generally reasonable, the best part is you still can negotiate even for the fix price. Tried to speak a bit of Malays, I got good discount after chat with them in Malays, trust me! Must take only Blue Bird cab. We tried taxi without meter, we end up paid more. Helpful staff.

The breakfast need to be improved. I stayed there for 3 days. Breakfast menu almost the same everyday. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter as this is a 4 Star hotel.

I have no complaint against the location at Aston Braga. But the hotel door really discomfort me with the banging sound whenever people close their door. Please look into it. If possible arrange airport transfer in the near future for your customers. I have a very bad experience with the Taxi fare in Bandung. But at the end of the tour I thumbs up for BlueBird taxi driver that provided me a very useful guidance and apologies on behalf for other taxi drivers. Fyi, the taxi fare from airport to Aston is Rupiah 60,000. I paid because do not know the rate. But during return, the taxi fare by BlueBird is only cost me Rupiah 20,000. Ask the fare b4 you get in a Taxi.

Easy to access, has pantry with microwave, hotel is connected with braga city walk which has so many food vendors to offer

Small space with big coffee table

When we stayed, we brought small kid who is very active moving around. We had to move the wide coffee table to avoid the kid from hitting it. the bed is less big than we thought. Need improvement at the service at breakfast time. It's hard to get a taxi from hotel, takes and wastes time.

Please change the bed to a bigger one. Please give more promotion rate. Always has several taxis at the hotel area.

Friendly, efficient staff, free Internet in the lobby, comfortable beds, lots of TV channels, excellent concierge service

Breakfast was just okay. Selections were limited and the quality was average.

For the price I paid, this hotel was a real bargain. First of all, I was upgraded to a suite, even without asking...a real bonus. The decor of the hotel was modern and attractive, and everything I saw was spotless. Best of all, however, was the staff. I have seldom encountered friendlier, more helpful people in all of my hotel stays in Asia. The concirege service was outstanding. Two bedroom units which is very economical if you are in a group of 3 people and accessability to the center of the city.

Food still not good.

Food is not really good but room wise it acceptable(Clean and roomy) with all the amenities of an apartment. Its also accessible to the business center of Bandung but traffic wise is quite chaotic when you get out of the hotel. Overall I will rate it at 7 out of 10.

Restaurant Tip : Its close to the nightlife, business in the morning and close by the restaurants.

1. Spacious 2 room condotel with 1 Queen size bed, 1 Single bed and a Sofa bed that can fit 3 !! 2. Nice kitchennette, with cooking utensils 3. Super friendly and efficient staff 4. Has many stalls/shoplots/and a couple 24 hrs eateries just outside the hotel

1. The water frm the shower was really dirty (murky black) on the 2nd morning we stayed. However, the management sent an apology letter and fixed the problem by end of day.

My friends and I had a wonderful and pleasant stay as Aston Braga. The staff were ever so helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet we get every morning was amazing - sorted arrays of Indonesian food, bun/croissants, egg chef tomake your preferred egg styled bfast (mine was a superb mushroom and cheese omelette and scrambled). It takes about 15- 20 minute to reach nearby famous Factory Outlets at Jalan Riau, Rumah Mode etc. The distance ain't very far but the traffic around Bandung can get a bit ridiculous - perhaps that's because we vacationed during a public holiday in Indonesia. Anyway, I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend this place to stay to everyone. 2 thumbs up.

- shopping mall under the hotel - in the city - Internet connection is free & fast

- all the foods in Breakfast isn't warm/hot - shopping centre under renovation, - no bathtub, just shower only - the street under renovation, traffic jam

Aston Braga locate in the city but the street in Braga under renovation, so that to go there in the office hours need your extra patient. Actually, this hotel is good if the shopping centre running well, but the shopping centre don't have enough tenant. We very dissapointed with the breakfast, all the food already cold when we have breakfast at 08.00. Bathroom only provide 3 in 1 shampoo, soap & handsoap + bar soap in the wastafel, 2 big towel, no small towel. How come shampoo & soap is same? May be for baby still oke, but for adult, shampoo & soap should be different. You only can find shower no bathtub in the batroom.
