Friendly, efficient staff, free Internet in the lobby, comfortable beds, lots of TV channels, excellent concierge service
Breakfast was just okay. Selections were limited and the quality was average.
For the price I paid, this hotel was a real bargain. First of all, I was upgraded to a suite, even without asking...a real bonus. The decor of the hotel was modern and attractive, and everything I saw was spotless. Best of all, however, was the staff. I have seldom encountered friendlier, more helpful people in all of my hotel stays in Asia. The concirege service was outstanding.
